Today ran a 14 mile pace workout concentrating strictly on marathon pace management for next week's race. Temp was cool 29 but manageable. Energy level wise, felt great. Left hip was starting to get a little tight toward the end but I attribute that more to running 9 miles lastnight and then doing this. Splits were very consistent.
