Ran a semiquick 8 miles tonight from Blimpie's through Deming, Lawrin, Woodridge, etc. and back in 56:56. Legs are really sore, but energy levels are still pretty good. Started out 7:05 pace, met up w/ Mark and Paul for about 1.5 miles at 7:40 pace, then dropped back down to 7:00 pace before finishing the last two miles in 13:00. Did a pretty good 7.02 miles on the Octane in 40 minutes during lunch today. Going to try an "easy" 6-8 tomorrow and do a workout Saturday. |
