Personal:
I am married and have two wonderful kids, 14 and 10. I've been running since 1982. I never get "basic" injuries. I always get the real nasty career threatening kind, like stress fracture of the sacrum, ganglion cyst clamping down on my peroneal nerve.
Ran a really tough 2+ miles out at Hawthorn Park today. Was wanting to go about 45 minutes, but just didn't feel all that great. No pain or irritation during run. Time 16:38
