Ran a really good 11 miles tonight. Started out at Hawthorn Park on the trails about 7:30 pace and then dropped down to sub 7 min pace about three miles in. Legs are really sore, but I actually felt pretty good. I am really going to be feeling it tomorrow. Forearms are sore from Saturday's race. IT band didn't bother me at all. Did 30 minutes on the Octane during lunch. |
