Went to the track at my old high school to do a workout with Coach Fielding. Warmed up with drills. The workout was 50/80 and coach Fielding paced me for the past 800 of the quick miles, big thanks to him. Hit 6:15, 5:04, 6:29, 4:58, 6:18, then did a quicker 400 in 65. Good shock to the system, probably won't go that hard for a while. Cooled down. Good stuff today! |
