Warmup and drills, then a mile at 50% again. Wanted more but played it safe because there's still twinges sometimes. Getting better I think. But who knows, I've been saying that for like a month now. Pool workout. Warmup, then 10 min at 60, then 10x2min at 80 with a minute rest, then 10 min at 60 again, cool down. Good stuff |
