What a day! We went up to the Pipeline on Mill Creek Canyon. We ran out and back for about 9.3 and then as we were heading down the road to add when our friend David called down telling us he needed help. We ran up to find that our friend had sliced his knee open and could see the bone. We took him to the U Hospital and I ran home from there. It was a good run! Furthest I have ever run in one day. |
