Holy poop... That's all I have to say about the workout this morning. We did 2x1 mile repeats on the track to start. I did 5:23 and then 5:26. We then did 500,300,200 three times. I think I am still recovering from my illness and my body just felt weird. Managed to get through it but I thought I was going to lose the granola bar I ate this morning! |
