Today was an unexpected rest day. I have a new goal this week: average at least 7 hours of sleep per night. With this heat and additional milage (and Sasha's example), I've got to get better rest to recover properly. This morning was an early to work day so I didn't have time for my hill run with Mark. This evening was thunder strom time so the bright flashy things striking all around made it not a good option to run outside. By the time the weather quieted down it was time for me to as well.
