Missed my wake up this morning. Just as well in light of a late night to bed and an otherwise sound night sleep. A full night's sleep is never a bad way to start a week. Tonight I ran about 8:00 pm. Still a little sore from a hard run on Saturday, I tried to keep it slow tonight. Tried to focus on relaxed breathing and comfortable form AND keeping it slow. Not a bad start. My right calf muscle just before it reaches the back of the knee started feeling weird. I cooled off in the pool after the run and stretched very lightly.
