  • Run injury free
  • Run higher milage (40-60/wk) (50 - 70/wk)
  • See my daughters (16 & 18) run the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon 
  • Qualify for Boston in next three attempts

  • Get Registered for Boston 2012 before it closes!!!

Ran with Victoria, Keith, Jorge, for the first 5 miles. Ran with Victoria and Katie the rest of the run. We picked up the pace and ran most of the way at or below 8:00/mile. I don't know our final time or pace as I left me Garmin at home. I'll update as soon as I get that info.
