8 miles with a little speed workout this morning. Warmed up about 4.25 miles then did 8 x 200 on the road with 200 jogs. I set my Garmin to .2 kilometers so accuracy just isn't as reliable as the track but every time I go to the track my hip pain flares up. Anyway I felt really good this morning.
