10 miles: I wasn't sure how this one would go but I was happy with it and things are coming along quickly now. I warmed up 2.85 miles with drills and strides then did 4 x 1 mile w/3 min jogs (8-8:15 pace). Splits were 5:17,5:13,5:13,5:07. It was tough but it felt much better than 800s last week. Last night we got a Vitamix blender for soups and smoothies. Any recipes you all like send them my way. Thanks! |
