Met Matt, Riley, Ben, Ken, and Moss at Smith's in bitter cold weather!  Matt and I ran the first two with them before they went on to do a workout.  I told Matt if tomorrow is as cold as today, then we are doing our workout inside.  Average pace: 8:24 (8:31, 8:00, 8:30, 8:32, 8:40, & 8:11).
