I met Matt in Riverdale to leave a car as we planned to met Ken up in Unitah townhall to warmup and then do a tempo as part of the sock run.  I was happy with the results, but wished I had better endurance fo longer runs.  I know that will come in time.  I saw a bunch of people I knew at the Sock run so it was a great time! Average pace 7:27 (7:55, 7:49, 7:21, 7:43, 8:19, 7:28, 6:44, 6:40, 6:41, 6:28, 6:23, 6:29, 6:28, 8:40, 7:55, 8:31, & 8:44)
