I met Ben, Riley, and Matt at Riverdale Parkway.  We ran towards Weber Canyon for 5 miles and then headed back.  I was actually tired so it was tough to stay up with the other guys.  Average pace: 7:37 (8:02, 7:41, 7:34, 7:43, 7:54, 7:39, 7:29, 7:24, 7:34, & 7:01).
