This run was the first step for getting back on track from a miserable motivationless week last week. No health problems, nothing, just a lack of motivation.
Another day of perfect weather. I was out at about 11:30 and it was sunny, 55 degrees with a cool breeze. It doesn't get any better than that. It was sad that there weren't very many people out. I left my watch at home and just ran relaxed.
