Yoga today.  I find Tony's p90x yoga annoying.  He works well on the other DVDs, but I have a hard time with the yoga video so I DVRed some TV programs and I find I like them better.  Even so, I still suck and yoga.

i have the details about saturday, if you are interested. 7:30 am at the entrance to the provo river trail (parking lot at the mouth of the canyon on 800 N). 8-10 miles easy.

Ohhh, I'm not going to make it. My son's 7th birthday party is at 10 and I wouldn't be back in time. I'll have to catch up on another day.

Chad, since Tony annoys the crap out of me on every other video I've watched, does that mean I'll hate this one even more? I'm doing yoga tonight (my husband has to do the PM workout time). I'll have to check back tomorrow and let you know how much I 'liked' it, because I love yoga...so I hope Tony doesn't ruin it for me!

HOLY YOGA! That man sure likes his warrior series. I've never done so many vinyasas! After the first 35 minutes it seems to get better.

I should probably stick with the Yoga, but this week I'm going to skip it and play basketball instead.
