What a crappy couple of weeks for running. It's due to unavoidable circumstances, illness, and lazyness. I need to do better.

You can do it! Hope you're feeling better. Illness sucks. Lazyness just needs a kick in the rear.

It's laziness that you don't correct the spelling of that word. But I'm not a Grammar Nazi anymore, so don't mind me :)

You two of you better be a little more careful. I don't want people thinking I'm a Nazi like you guys. And it really isn't leighzeenus, it's just incompetence.

You have no idea how bad my lip hurts right now from biting it.

Chad, I was there is my official capacity as a pirate - stealing their gold. I hope you're up & running again.

I should be up and running but I can't get my (insert expletive here) out of bed. I don't know what my problem is.

Hey there Chad! How ya doing? Long time no see/run/blog.... I'm running Thankful 13 on Thanksgiving morning in your neck of the woods. Do you still live by the Lehi JRP?

Wow Smooth! I had no idea you were home. I have been running, not as much as I should, but I have been out. I just haven't been recording any here in the blog. I ran the Nebo half (very slowly). I'm probably going to run a 5k with two of my kids but I haven't signed up yet. I guess I better pick one real quick.
