This one went well. I took it easy for the first half then picked it up and finished strong. The lights are fixed under the main street tunnel and the pelicans are back.

Your week ended better than it started- just like your run! I think sometimes I start out too slow on my long runs, but I've burned out too early a few times, and I'm over cautious now. It's easy for a progressive run when you do, though.
My mother in law gets pelicans and platypus mixed up. We were at the beach watching pelicans fly and dive for fish, and she kept calling them platypus. I'll let her know the platypus are back on the Jordan river.

If you're using a pastry, it would be platy-pies, otherwise just platypus.
