Not much to report over the last couple of weeks. I'm not pushing it, just building back up the miles.

Building up miles is a slow process if you do it right. It'll pay off in the end. What are you training/building up for?

Hey QP! I don't really have time to legitimately train for anything. I'm dedicating only about 5 hours a week for running because of my big work schedule right now. I'm hoping in a year or so I'll have some more time and I'll be able to train for something fun. I thought maybe I'd sign up for something small and local or even a half but I just haven't done it. I just don't want to stop running and get fat.

Chad- I understand the running to fight the fat. Hope things at work settle down so you'll have more time for running.

Chad- how many miles does it take to run off a gluttony of chili and candy corn? I'm asking for "a friend."

More than I've been running. I lost my motivation. I need to find it.
If the candy corn is in some sort of bread form then you're probably all right because chili and corn bread is a staple of life. Oh wait, your friend is probably all right. But if it was actually candy corn then your friend probably has a lot of miles to put in because candy corn is only a food group if you're one of Santa's elfs.

I'm in a "don't want to run" funk. It stopped being fun so I'm taking a break. I think I'll sign up for a half in the spring and get going here in a little while.
