6 miles outside. Wow. Its been over a month since I ran outside. It felt great to get out, amazing in fact. The air was still crappy but at least it was above freezing.  I ran six with no struggles to finish although I was very slow.

NICE! Glad you are feeling better and able to run outside. I still haven't ventured out yet. Hoping the air gets cleared this week although the road will be cruddy. Have a great week, Chad! :)

The trail was perfectly clear heading south from my house. A neighbor of mine ran north and under main streen where there is a solid sheet of ice. He fell and couldn't get up because it was too slick. He had to crawl to the other side. Of course its snowing right now so I imagine the trail won't be clear anymore.
