I don't know if they are exactly "marathon pace miles;" they were done at the pace of my previous marathon PR, but I am shooting for a pace of 7:15 for BQ. I still do not have my "marathon legs." This is a lead up to an 18 week program, so I am not real worried. I have yet to do any real speed work either. Anyway, did 12 miles right around 8 minutes or so. Felt alright, but my legs were tired at the end. |
