I tried to go out today and run a six mile run to get my legs going, and to show myself that the cramps from yesterday were just a fluke. Mistake. About 2 miles into the run I started feeling uncomfortable, and by 4 miles I was cramping again, and by 5.5, I had to walk the remainder to prevent myself from going in my pants. I don't know what is going on with my gut. I am going to take the next day off and try and hydrate myself to see if that will help. |
