I ran a good run today. I went out and ran a few miles at marathon pace, 7:15, and then another 3 at about a 6:40 pace. I felt good, but the last five miles of easy, 8:00, my intestines started hurting. This is the second time in a month this has occurred. The cramping and pooping continued on through the night. I am debating if the high mileage approach is best for preparing for a Boston push. |
