Finally returned to running after 2 weeks of no running due to injured foot. I dropped a curl barbell loaded up with 5lbs. It cut me open and swelled my foot up twice normal. I jumped on the treadmill for 4 miles at snail pace.
Nice easy fiver 46:54 at lunch, nice day to run. Long way to go to get back in any kind of shape
