6 miles stadium stairs at work. Lots of stairs this week, too damn hot (102 for 3 days now) to run anywhere but inside the ice rink!

8.3 miles, 87, hot and humid. The rain started around mile 5 and my pace dropped at least 30 seconds a mile with a finishing mile of 6:45. Stopped twice for .15 miles to walk in the middle.
