3 mile warm up (7:15s average) then 4.5 with Prague (8:00s), then .75 home.

98 degrees at 6pm, very humid. Killer conditions tonight, could only muster 4 miles then walked .75 back to my son's soccer practice.
1:45pm -- 85 degrees (much better today!) and sunny with a little breeze, still hot though.
Knee locked up around 6 miles, walked it off for a bit, then finished easy.
10pm -- 4 miles stadium stairs at work very easy.
10 sets stadium stairs at work (easy). Rough road estimate 7.5 miles.
3.85 AB pace, then 1 mile warm-up with Prague, followed by 1 mile @ 7:22 (the goal was 3 with 4 minutes rest between). We started the 2nd one (.3 in), but bailed on it when Prague didn't feel good. So we finished with a 1.8 mile easy.
