Well. Got a good 7.5 hours sleep last night so I should be good in that department. My nerves on the other hand are another story. My stomach has been doing backflips off and on for over 24 hours. 12 hours to go to gun time. I'm well hydrated and well carbed. I'm nervous as can be and don't know how well I'll sleep tonight. There should be about 13,000 + runners at the go, but only about 3000 of them will continue after the turnaround for the 1/2ers at mile 9. Weather looks to be perfect with about 45 degrees at race time and a finishing temp around 55.

Hey I can relate to the stomach acrobatics and nerves. I rarely sleep much the night before a bit race.

You'll do great. Your well prepared and highly motivated. I'm eagerly anticipating your victorious race report tomorrow.
