Double progressive 4 miler today. Out and back. Very windy today. I thought I was working too hard to be hitting the times I did on the way out and once I started on the way back with the wind I was able to see that. Splits out were: 7:48, 7:17, 7:11, 7:17 1:11 (.16 -- 7:38s). On the way back they were: 7:19, 6:50, 6:45, 6:36, 1:19 (.15 -- 8:41s).
