Mid 40s and drizzle. Good running conditions again today. Did 6 miles up to the Running Center to pick up some gloves and hat for the winter. Easy AB miles again today. Splits as follows:

I am. All 3 kids have come down with Swine, successively, of course. So I've had no less than 1 kid home with me all day since Thursday 10/15. Haven't run since then. Just looking at this as a a rest period. No biggie. I'll be back soon. Thanks for checking in on me.
