LM warmup (10 reps), 10 miles in 1:15:54, 7:35/mi, HR 153, 1.5 mile walk w/ dogs, PU/Crunch/Leg Abduction ladder (7/7/4), & stretching.

What a gorgeous day....55F and sunny.  Legs got pretty tired by 6 miles in but feeling good otherwise.

Wish I was joining you for the 15k this weekend but I coach my son's basketball game that morning. Ugh. I will be there for the 20k as a tuneup for Boston. Hope to see you then. Good luck on Saturday. It's the PNTF 15M championships so it should be good competition.

Ah, the responsibilities of parenting! I'll be there running the 20K as a tune-up for Yakima, so I'll see you then. Didn't know that about the PNTF 15M championship....I didn't even think the 15K/M were certified courses. Good to know, it'll certainly be fun.
