LM warmup (10 reps), 7 miles in 55:49, 7:58/mi, w/ 2 mile warmup, 2 x Strides, 6 x Drills, 10 x 1 min On, 1 min Off, 2+ mile cooldown & stretching. Warm & humid. Repeats were hard today. Saw HRs near my max on the later repeats. Badly out of shape. Pushed the last mile+ of the cooldown to catch the 8-minute guy.
