LM warmup (10 reps), 4 miles in 31:44, 7:56/mi, HR 145, & stretching.

Foggy & humid (62F).  A bit stiff today, but well rested after taking extra care to get extra sleep last night.  Actually, woke up a few times during the night, but I think that's the pre-race jitters setting in early.  Tonight will be short since I need to leave the house around 3:30 am.  Weather forecast looks decent, although we could probably do without thunderstorms.  Please.

And now in the way too much information category:

Based on a couple of past White River 50 splits from way out of my league runners, adjusted to my good & great day goal times.  Tomorrow if I manage to work my watch correctly, I'll collect my actual splits and aid station dwell time.  Oh, and hopefully I'll get to the end in a decent amount of time.  That'd be nice too.

Very good. Very interesting. I'll be away from my computer much of Saturday but I look forward to hearing about the race. Best wishes!
