Sunny and officially hot (74F).  Legs felt pretty good....only a little bit of tiredness and got in the groove on the return trip.

Dale-

If you've already done a 22-miler, how much more will you add to your long runs before the marathon? There's still six weeks, right? How many of those do you plan on?

By the way, I think I'm in for Tri-Cities, just makes more sense.

It'll be great to have you there since we're both aiming for a sub-3. I'm planning on doing several more, probably along these lines:

Sep 13 - Half Marathon

Sep 20 - 20 miles w/ 8 @ MP

Sep 27 - 22-24 miles

Oct 4 - 20 miles w/ 8 @ MP

Oct 11 - 18 miles

Oct 18 - 12 miles

The only one really in question right now is on Sep 20th because I'm on a whirlwind trip back east for a wedding and am not sure how I'm going to fit that in, but I'm sure going to try.
