BACK TO WORK

PM did an out and back with xc team on tamarisk to little valley rd.

PM was going to run w/ bruin today, but dusk got into town and we decided to go flying.  we went out to colorado city and back.  Dusk buzzed the tower over a couple guys up by coopers pistachio orchard.  it probably made the guys need to change their underwear, since we were less than 100 ft over their heads when we flew over.  we did our approach over sg right when bruin and his buddies were getting started so I saw them on the trail.  too bad i missed a run today, but the flying was a beauty.

PM wanted to set up the camera to get Q's form figured out, but I didnt have all the stuff I needed.  That stuff is really a rain in the butt-fo' sho'.

mark was just finishing up on the track, so I got in a mile with him and then a mile on my own, then I did a 400 w Q and chance.

then I did 1-400 @ 67 and 4-200 @ 35 and then a cool down.

DHHS played Cedar tonight and crushed them.  We are going to be a force this year in BBall.

PM big house loop.  it was a tough 5, because I was too late.

AM flying J loop with chad and paul and bruin.  Just a little rain, but it was quite nice.  We clipped along at around 7:45 a mile.
