on the trail to dixie center, then up to 100 north then to maveric, then down flood to river rd and home.

This is one of the worst long runs I have ever had. I got out on the road @ 11 AM, so the sun was nasty.  I grabbed a 32 oz. gatorade and a snickers at maverick.  That water logged me for the rest of the run.  Just happy to get home!

Rode the bike while the xc team went out 25 minutes and back in.  The two a day football practices and xc practice are wearing me down.

AM - swam 1000 meters while I was waiting for Sauce and Kire to finish swim practice. 

PM - got a nice 5 in @ hatch in the semi-cool weather.
