Todays workout was a recovery after yesterdays grind. I start with the eliptical 40 min worth alternating every lap from the endurance level up to the performance level. Then it was time to strap on the MT. Bike and do another ride. lots of uphill pretty much felt a burn in both legs during the bike woekout. Did 11.5 miles in about 48 min. Needless to say my legs are feeling a little wack today. I think the bike is good it works different muscels which will help me when I get back to my running workout. That;s about the size of it. My hamstring is still alittle on the sore side. I whish this would begin to get better. |
