Today we took the Mt. Bike for a ride was gone for an hour or so. I did not take my Garmin with so I don't know how many miles but we did do lots of hills, it felt good to get in a decent workout. My hamstring did not hurt on the bike so while the weather stays good I will cross train with my bike, eliptical, and some weight's. Hopefully this will keep me in shape for when I start back out on the road running. Oh, and I cancelled my SGM today, we will get a guaranteed entry for next year, look out Ogden here we come. |
