Not a whole lot to report today. This Morning my hamstring was a little sore from running outside. But by the end of day and lots of stretching it feels really good tonight, hardly even noticable. So tomorrow I will try another short easy run. Today I did 30 min on the eliptical and 20 min of weight training on the upper body with some more crunches. Hopefully my hamstring is begining to heal. cross my finger's. |
