Took it easy again today. I did my the Spanish Okes Golf Course route today, alot of uphill and some good down hill training. My legs a feeling a little better today from sat. Half Marathon. My total time was 1:17:08, with an average pace of 9:56. I think I will keep my pace ther this week and continue to recover from the race.

I made it into the SGM this year, so I have that to look forward to in Oct. next month I will be doing the Provo River 10 mile race, and them a couple of 10k's in July and the Provo River half marathon in Aug. should be a fun summer for racing. |
