Today was a recovery run after Sat. Half Marathon. I just wanted to keep it at an easy effort and see how my legs feel after the Half. My legs a still a little sore but not to bad, and they do feel a little fatigued. My total time today was 1:06:46, with an avergae pace of 9:54.

This time in my half marathon race my I.T. Band did not bother me at all, I hope that means it has gotten stronger. I'll cross my fingers and see how it goes through the summer. |
