Today I wanted to do a recovery run, I am still a little wack from sat. long run of 18 plus. It was alot cooler today than it has been in the afternoon, and I actually did'nt feel to bad so I extended a couple of more miles. I keeped it at a real easy pace and felt Like I could have run for a long time. My total time today was 1:36:22, with an averge pace of 9:35.
