| Ran with Piper. We did the trail loop. I tried to keep the pace as quick as possible. Lars had to be at a customer's house earlier than usual today. As I hurried up the stairs after the run, I tweaked my knee. It hurts a little when I pivot off my right foot and it does have a touch of swealing. My glad my knees not worse. Lars said if I lifted more I wouldn't have hurt it. I don't know if I quite buy that. | | Add Comment |

| Ran with Piper. I am trying to be kind to my knee. We ran 3 instead of 4. And we decided against running trails this weekend. My knee is a little stiff, but better than the past couple of days. I notice it more when I squat or kneel than when I pivot. | | Add Comment |

Ran with Piper. It was light the whole run. I enjoyed being able to look at the houses we run by.
My knee felt fine. Just a bit stiff.
