Will and I went to the indoor track this morning. I dread the track a little. I worry about Will being content for five miles. I feel like all the people around that might be bugged if Will is complaining. But, my worries were for nothing. It was a pleasant trip to the track.
I left my watch at home. Ya! I enjoy running without my watch. And I used cereal as counters again. It worked very well. I didn't lose track of what lap I was on! I did strides on the 3rd and 6th laps of miles 2, 3, and 4. My legs felt sore during the strides.
This afternoon, I did lunges and abs with my sister. |
