L... [E] 5.6 mile run w/Kyle (38:26, 6:51 pace). Dr. Hill loop--not pushing, but didn't feel overly comfortable either.

Some non-running news... this past weekend I was in Columbus, OH to interview for an Assistant Athletics Director position at The Ohio State University. I was offered the position, and so Nicolle and I will be moving from Utah in the near future. My first day will be November 26th, and I'm very excited! I'll miss racing with all of the Wasatch Running Center boys and Fast Running Bloggers, but I'll still stick on the blog and stay in touch!

Congrats on the new job. This is a big step up going to one of the premier top ranked programs in the country. We will miss you in our local races as well but still enjoy following your progress on the blog.

Congratulations! Ohio state! There are something like 20 million students there. It should be quite the experience. I wish you the best, but wish I could have you run Wasatch Back with us again. Vacation days???

Cody,

I'd be up for WBR again in the future... although this year, even if I was still in Utah would have to take a rain check. I'm planning on going to the Track Olympic Trials in Eugene which I believe starts the same weekend. Maybe we should try to get a group together to do all of the relays... Utah, Washington and Minnesota. That would be a cool triple!
