10/1:05:58 This turned into a frankenstein workout. First I still feel like crap. I have since last week but I decided that since I was in such a bad mood I had better go running. I really intended on 12x400x400 with 2WM/CD but it turned into 2 MW then 6x400x400 then 5 at slow MP. I just couldn't hold the 400's very well and the hamstring started to twinge just a bit so I backed off and still tried to make it tough. I still don't feel good but at least I ran. It seems like everything is going wrong at work today. My footings are poured. |
