AM - In the middle of the run I was watching the news and saw no school, snow day, so I decided to run a bit further than I had planned on because I didn't have to be home to get them ready for school. 9 easy in right around and hour than MP for the last 3 to finish up. Didn't want to go to hard because of speed work out tomorrow.

PM - 8 easy shake out run. Since I am now "living" on the TM I've found out that band aides work a lot better than body lube.

nice double today Craig. I am probably going to be in IF on business a lot the next year, maybe we can do some workouts together...

Your mileage is killing me. Funny you brought up the body lube...I mixed up the deodorant and the glide this morning. Not a good start.

Spencer - Just drop me a note when you come up. We have a pretty good group up here.

Curt - OK so I'm running like 4 days (skiing 2) a week so I have to have days with big mileage just to get to where I need to be. Band Aides are the way to go. I'm just saying.......
