Keep running. Move into triathlons and get stronger. Keep succeeding at half marathons and the occasional marathon.

Personal:

I know Sasha from the CS program at BYU. We both graduated in 1997. He probably doesn't remember me, because he was definitely more vocal in class and among the students than I was.

Married to Teresa with 3 kids: Anders (4), Kristian (9), and Zoe (12).

Fluent in Danish, but there is obviously very little need for that.

I'm hurt. It's the ongoing achilles problem. I went to the gym and did some elliptical work and then did some running in the pool. No problems doing any of that.

On the achilles problem I have a couple of suggestions. take a large blanket and roll it up and put it at the end of your bed. so that while you sleep, it keeps your feet straight, this will keep the tendon stretched all night long. also wearing a special medical boot can help, i have one but by morning its halfway across the room, another thing you can try, is an ice cube on the area it hurts, rubbing , while it melts. I had this problem for over a year. and went to doctor, he told me the good news is, those who have this problem almost never snap the tendon in half. that happened to Coach
