Just running once a day this week as I taper for TOU.

Achiles was hurting for about 2 miles. Then it went away. I think it was from stretching it out when I was pulling weeds last night. Those pesky gardening injuries.
Messed up the alarm this morning. Probably best because I was thinking about resting the achiles today anyway.

Crisp morning run. Achilles hurt a little, but I think it is pretty minor. It'll be fine by next week -- it better be fine by next week.
